Bad Mama Jama Mixtape

This multidisciplinary theatrical production is an exploration and celebration of womanhood in all its glory. Conceived by San Antonio’s very own Andrea “Vocab” Sanderson, this performance will feature some of today’s fiercest female spoken word artists sharing poems and perspectives about what it means to be a woman today.

A DJ and session singers will add their energy and artistry to the mix to flesh out a powerful and empowering performance exploring themes such as identity, motherhood, sexuality, dreams, love and loss.
