The Prudence Curry Society was first established in 1997 to support the educational and community engagement programs of the Carver Community Cultural Center. Named in honor of the first director of the Carver Library, the membership program helps to further the Carver’s mission of making the arts accessible to all by providing critical funds. Your membership supports exemplary arts experiences for all, such as the free Youth Matinee Series, artist residencies, in-school visits, senior arts programs, scholarships for camps and community-based arts classes and more!
