The MBSA Scholarship Pageant is a paramount showcase staged by the African American Community Awareness Projects (AACAP) Group. Its remarkable production is described as the Dynamics of Pageantry Competition Training offered to career-oriented young African American females. Also, an awareness of the struggles and accomplishments of their African American Legends is a main focus.
The hopeful contestants may be represented by college-bound students, vocation skills trainees, or military-based enlistees who will display a stellar performance in modeling, talent, speech and confidence! Their victory is to aspire to win the Miss Black San Antonio Crown. By doing so, the winner will receive financial assistance to continue the pursuit of their careen goal, to receive free hair salon services for one year and to serve as the Goodwill Ambassador for the Greater San Antonio community for one year! In addition, the MBSA Court honors the Princess, Miss Eminence. She is the contestant who uses proficient marketing strategies to achieve the highest goals in attendance and ads solicitations.
