Connect body + mind with a FREE yoga class. This beginner friendly practice takes place Saturdays 9am in the beautiful Little Carver building behind the main theatre. It’s vinyasa style which includes sun salutation sequences that focus on individual poses for strength, balance and restoration. Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully. Modifications and progressions are given so that everyone feels successful. Flow at your own pace. Class ends with a savasana or quiet time to be with yourself in relaxed reflection. Bring your own mat and water.
