ARTicipate! makes it possible for everyone.

Low-income households and individuals of all ages may be eligible for reduced fees by applying for Articipate! With a completed application and supporting documentation, enrollment is only $10 per student, per class.

Eligibility:

  • CHIP
  • Child Support Program
  • CPS Energy’s REAP, SAWS Project Agua
  • Household income levels
  • HUD Public Housing (Section 8 project-based, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Section 202 housing for the elderly, and Section 811 housing for persons with disabilities program)
  • Lone Star/SNAP
  • SSI, SSDI
  • Texas Veterans Commission Non Service-Connected Pension
  • TWC Unemployment Benefits
