Conceived and written by internationally acclaimed playwright Heather Raffo, known for her poetic, community-driven works addressing urgent contemporary issues. Born in the Midwest to an Iraqi immigrant father, Raffo’s creations span military communities, migrant populations, and major cultural institutions—from the Arab American National Museum in Detroit to The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

Part of a larger play cycle developed across multiple cities, Tomorrow Will Be Sunday premieres at The Carver with a unique season crafted specifically for San Antonio.
