Join us for the long-awaited return of The Divas of Eastwood to the Carver stage. Consisting of the original cast members, this new work features the multi-faceted talents of your favorite San Antonio “sangin’ sisters”:  Cassandra Small, Evonne Nathanial, Nerryl Williams, Briana Epps, Jessica Mitchell, Danielle King, accompanied by a smokin’ hot band.

In this new work, the six ladies of the Eastwood transform into the matrons of the Eastwood Diner, located on the corner of Noland and Pine. Through enchanting performances of favorite standards from various decades and through the power of spoken word, we are drawn into the captivating world of the diner, where divas from all walks of life find their way to the diner to embark on a journey of exploration and revelation; celebrating and challenging the perceptions of what it truly means to be a Diva. In the telling of their stories, we see ourselves reflected. These are our stories…the story of our people.
