DESCRIPTION:Ranky Tanky released their eponymous debut on Oct. 20th\, 2017.  By December of that year\, the group had been profiled on NPR’s “Fresh Air” with Terry Gross and their album soared to the #1 position on the Billboard\, i-Tunes\, and Amazon Jazz Charts.   \nThe group features singer Quiana Parler\, singer/guitarist Clay Ross\, trumpeter/singer Charlton Singleton\, bassist Kevin Hamilton\, and drummer Quentin Baxter. Singleton\, Hamilton\, and Baxter initially played together in the jazz ensemble\, Gradual Lean\, in the late ’90s\, not long after graduating from the College of Charleston. \nNow\, united by years apart and a deeper understanding of home\, these accomplished artists have come together once more\, joined by one of the low-country’s most celebrated vocalists\, Quiana Parler\, to revive a “Heartland of American Music” born in their own backyards.\n “Gullah” comes from West African language and means “a people blessed by God.” “Ranky Tanky” translates loosely as “Work It\,” or “Get Funky!” In this spirit this Charleston\, SC based quintet performs timeless music of Gullah culture born in the south eastern sea island region of the United States. From playful game songs to ecstatic shouts\, from heart-breaking spirituals to delicate lullabies\, the musical roots of Charleston\, SC are “rank” and fertile ground from which these contemporary artists are grateful to have grown.

DESCRIPTION:Wednesday Ball is a dynamic vocalist\, comfortable in many styles including R&B\, dance\, reggae and smooth jazz. In recent years\, Wednesday has performed as a solo headliner with her band “Wednesday Ball & The Show”. She is also an in-demand vocalist for national touring acts and has shared the stage with some of the industry’s most accomplished talent\, including GRAMMY winners Joe Posada and Roger Velásquez\, Billboard R&B #1 hit trumpeter Tom Browne\, and blues saxophonist Mindi Abair. Additionally\, she has recorded or performed with contemporary jazz stars Steve Oliver\, Slim Man\, Kyle Turner and BillyRay Sheppard. Wednesday’s debut album Breakaway\, released in 2018\, was co-written and produced with hit smooth jazz guitarist Steve Oliver and features notable musicians in the format including saxophonists Will Donato and Chase Huna along with vocalist Shon “Demo” Reddick. The album has been recognized as a crossover R&B / smooth jazz release and has received airplay on many stations around the country. In late 2018\, Wednesday was recognized for her vocal contributions to the Roger Velásquez & the Latin Legendz album Tex Mex Funk\, which won the GRAMMY for “Best Tejano Album”.

The Chicago native’s eclectic repertoire – R&B\, hip-hop\, House\, jazz\, pop\, drum & bass\, ambient\, spoken-word – is built on a positive vision and a strong taste for artistic and aesthetic risk. For the past five years\, the ever multi-tasking Jody Watley has focused on both her thriving solo career and the group project “Jody Watley featuring SRL.” Much like Prince had The Revolution as extensions of his music\, SRL allows Watley another outlet for her artistic expression. SUMMARY:Joe McBride & The Texas Rhythm Club
DESCRIPTION:Musical Transformer\nKeyboardist and singer\, Joe McBride began playing the piano at age four. His earliest influences were Gospel\, Bebop\, Jazz\, Motown\, 70’s R&B and Funk. Stricken with a degenerative eye disease as a teenager which eventually claimed his sight\, McBride’s passion for music only grew stronger. “Smokin” Joe as he is often referred has recorded several albums and is a consummate entertainer. McBride has been the opening act for Whitney Houston\, Larry Carlton\, Yellowjackets and countless other jazz and pop stars. His audience has steadily grown\, making him a favorite in Europe and especially Spain. \nMcBride has also participated in internationally recognized recordings such as “Diamonds On The Souls Of Her Shoes” along with Melissa Ethridge and on Ladysmith Black Mambazo’s Grammy nominated Long Walk To Freedom. He recorded the classic African jazz anthem “Mannenberg” along with guitarist/vocalist Jonathan Butler on the album Smooth Africa. Joe McBride has a lot to say. His shows demonstrate his amazing soulful ability to sing and play the piano at a very high-level and connect with an audience.

DESCRIPTION:“Children musical performance based on the book by the Swedish writer Jan Olof Ekholm “Tutta Carlson First and only\, Ludwig the Fourteenth\, etc.” in Russian Language. \nIn the fox family lives a small fox Ludwig\, the fourteenth in the genus Larsson. The youngest in the family\, he feeds the organic aversion to lies\, cunning and tricks\, which are taught by the beast in the forest school\, but he loves poetry and even tries to compose songs. Unable to withstand lies\, Ludwig leaves school\, and then runs away from home. Accidentally\, he comes to human habitation\, where he finds new friends: the writer of the poems Maximilian and the charming Tutta Carlson\, who lives in the henhouse. \nTutta and Ludwig become inseparable friends\, the nobility and honesty of the fox rescues the chicken coop from the raid of the fox family\, and Tutta’s trick allows deceiving the hunters who raided the fox.
